I am ASNT Level Two Certified in thermal Imaging, IAC2 certified in mould and radon, Certified Master Home Inspector (CMHI) Certified Commercial property inspection (CCI). We are members of the Canadian National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and member of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors, where I was awarded with the Canadian home inspector of the year in 2008.
We can also do Mould inspections and air sampling with Indoor Air Quality, Asbestos, Radon, Vermiculite, Lead. These added inspections can be done on-site during your inspection and samples are sent to ProLab or EMSL which are Certified labs in the Toronto area with the results usually being back within 36 hours. We explain the results and present the information to you which allows you to make an informed decision.

Remember the cheaper inspector needs to 2 inspection minimum a day where I am at your home for the day if required. When there 3 hours rolls around he will speed up the inspection to be at the next one leaving you with unanswered questions and possibly areas not properly inspected. Your inspector is there for your benefit use him to your advantage. Ask him if he is insured with Errors and Ommissions Insurance, we are. Ask for his certificate of insurance to verify this. Is he a full time inspector or part time, what ancillary services can be provide onsite and who can he call in at a moments notice if needed.
