MEET THE GROUP
Unlike a home inspection, there is greater diversity in the scope of work involved with inspecting a commercial building. An All-Tech Commercial Building Inspection is often specifically tailored to the type of building being inspected as well as the clients particular needs and wants. The All-Tech Consulting Group has been assembled for the “one call” kind of service. All of the consultants within the group function under an independent agreement of impartiality and professional conduct. Our members include:
| Tom McCleneghan P.Eng – Tom brings over 30 years of civil, municipal and structural engineering experience to our group. Having this vital experience on site allows us to identify structural issues that are unique to commercial buildings.
Shaun McFie, Master Electrician – Shaun brings over 20 years of commercial and industrial experience to the table. Owning a reputable electrical contracting firm keeps Shaun up to date with all of the ever-changing electrical standards. Mauro Piazzi is a former City of Kingston Gas Supervisor and holds Class One HVAC Licenses. Mauro brings over 20 years of on-site inspection and installation experience in hot water boilers and forced air systems to our group. Steve Higeboom is a Professional Roofer and owns a Roof Contracting Company that was started in 1948. Steve brings over 20 years of commercial and residential roofing experience to the table. Bill DeVries brings an array of certifications in Thermal Imaging, Mould and Radon to the All-Tech Group. Bill has over 4 years of hands on experience in the operation and reporting with the use of a Flir Thermal Imaging Camera. This experience working on residential and commercial buildings expands our ability to search out and define building envelope issues. |
Coupled with Cam Allen’s 30 years of experience and education, this is a qualified team of licensed professionals who can systematically evaluate a commercial building. They are bound to confidentiality and independence to the client. We will not contract, sub-contract or supply any third party information.
We also have access to a number of specialists who can be brought in for specific areas. Indoor Air Quality and Mould, Foundation Repairs, Plumbing and Geotechnical Engineering are just a few of the contacts that the All-Tech Group has access to in order for the client to get a comprehensive evaluation of the building.
