With twenty years in underwater inspection, residential, commercial, and marine construction I am able to offer you a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Working in the skilled trades as a commercial diver, carpentry field, drywall, renovations and additions. I have held the positions of supervisor , project manager and owner, I have the experience to provide you with the best possible inspection.

I strive to continue upgrading my education, graduating from the Americian Home Inspection Training Institute as a Master Home Inspector, Mold Identification, New Construction Warranty, Maintenance Inspection. Infrared Thermography and building investigations. IAQ testing Mould and other enviromental issues.

Proficiency testing from the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)in the areas of structure, roofing, electrical, and ancillary inspections in mold identification and sampling, indoor air quality (IAQ) radon testing, pool and spa inspections.

Our commitment to a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education every year allows us to be leaders in the inspection industry.
