Home Inspector Training Course
Become a home inspector, we offer private and class setting so you get the best education in the country. Our trainer has been in the inspection industry since 1987 and knowledge, training methods and hands on classes will provide you with all the required education and training to begin your career in the home inspection industry.
British Columbia and Alberta Residents have a licensed provience and the class has been recgonised and accepted as core education.
Field Training and mentoring classes provided for both.
- 4 hours: Complete Safe Practices for the Home Inspector course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 5 hours: Complete 25 Standards Every Inspector Should Know course including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 8 hours: Complete Residential Plumbing Inspection course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 4 hours: Complete Residential Electrical Inspection course, including all quizzes within, and pass its final exam.
- 4 hours: Complete Roofing Inspection course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 12 hours: Complete HVAC Inspection course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 4 hours: Complete Structural Issues course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 16 hours: Complete Exterior Inspection course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 4 hours: Completer Communication and Customer Service for Inspectors course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 14 hours: Complete Attic, Insulation, Ventilation and Interior course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 3 hours: Complete Deck Inspections course, including all the quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 8 hours: Complete Moisture Intrusion Inspection course, including all the quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 8 hours: Complete Green Building course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 12 hours: Complete Wood-Destroying Organisms course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 12 hours: Complete Mold Inspection course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 3 hours: Complete Inspecting Foundation Walls and Piers course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 8 hours: Complete Log Home Inspection course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 12 hours: Complete Radon Measurement Service Provider course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 8 hours: Complete Commercial Inspection course, including all quizzes within and pass its final exam.
- 16 hours: Complete Advanced HVAC Training for Inspectors course , including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
- 16 hours: Complete Advanced Stucco & EIFS Inspection Training video course, including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
- 3 hours: Complete Introduction to Residential Standards of Practice course, including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
- 3 hours: Complete Advanced Inspection of Crawlspaces video course, including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
- 5 hours: Complete Building Science and Infrared Thermography course, including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
- 2 hours: Complete Performing a Home Energy Audit course including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
- 4 hours: Complete Home Inspection Fundamentals: The Exterior course, including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
- 4 hours: Complete Inspecting Water Heater Tanks course, including all quizzes and pass its final exam.
This is a 202 hour course in class education with an additional 50 hours of field training, inspecting 10 various properties, detached, townhouse, strata, condo, farm, log home, small commercial, multi unit.
252 hours total education spanned over 12 weeks one week in class one week off and ending with 4 hour proctured exam.
Private or small group classess based on a 7 week 40 hour class time can be arranged with weekend off starting Friday at noon.
All classes begin at 8 am and end at 5 pm.
