Before Purchasing or Leasing a Commercial Property – - For Periodical Maintenance Planning -
The Property Condition Assessment is conducted by a team of licensed Professionals who specialize in this type of work and includes evaluation of the property condition in accordance with the scope of work described in ASTM E-2018-08 Standard and InterNACHI ComSop.
Depending on the size of the subject property inspections can range from 4-5 hours to a few days to complete and then a report is written specific to you and the subject property. Additional items during the inspection will also be included in the final report.
Having Indoor air quality samples taken along with mould, thermal roof inspection or complete building scan will require additional time to the inspection process.

Suggested remedies of physical deficiencies (optional)
